Methanol method and methane method are mainly used to produce methylene chloride, dichloromethane and trichloromethane in the world.
ZYUC provides the methanol method to produce dichloromethane and trichloromethane technology, a total of three steps.
1.Methanol-hydrochlorination
This unit adopts "gas-liquid phase catalytic reaction technology". The phase interface reaction between CH3OH and HCl in ZnCl2 aqueous solution was studied. The advantages of this technology are low reaction temperature and pressure, low requirements for production equipment, relatively loose operating conditions, low content of dimethyl ether, less side reactions.
2.Chlorination of monochloromethane
The "non-catalytic thermal reaction technology" is used in this unit. The reaction was carried out in a cylindrical reactor without the participation of a catalyst, and CH2Cl2, CHCl3 and CCl4 were generated simultaneously. The advantages of this technology are simple structure, high yield and simple operation.
3.Separation of polychloromethane
In this unit, the technology of "four column continuous distillation process" is adopted.
In addition, for the by-product CCl4, ZYUC can provide the production technology for the hydrogenation of CCl4 to produce CHCl3 and the production technology for benzoyl chloride from CCl4.
